The Healthy Exhibition Experience
Posted by AnnaStenning in HealthThis year I am feeling optimistic over my visits for summer exhibitions in London. Each year I visit various exhibitions as part of my ambition and drive to discover new products and gain helpful tips and advice on home maintenance. However, I fear that my curse of people pushed and shoved against exhibition stands from the crowded people is likely to happen again this year. Nevertheless, top on my list of exhibition is The Vitality Show.
For those who are conscience of their health and like to try to keep fit on a regular basis a show like this is useful for you. With this in mind, a show like this is also open to those wanting to change their lifestyle or need to gain advice for a healthier living. Women, men and families of all ages’ shapes and sizes are welcomed with large displays and exhibition stands filled with products, leaflets, healthcare plans and helpful experts.
The show promotes various healthy living routines, products, DVD’s, beauty tips, fashion and many more, but also helps to promote private healthcare plans that are beneficial to all who are concerned more imminent health issues. My first experience of this exhibition was one of a nervous disposition. I chose to attend almost two years ago now in an attempt to gain more insight into weight loss, diet techniques and seeing what I inspiration I could find from the display stands.
The fancy exhibition stands, mass number of people and the exhibition hall are impressive and well organised. However, the most daunting prospect for me was approaching the people that were by the stands and asking them for help (almost literally). I was soon to find that I was not the only one feeling this way. There were many women and men who felt the same way, again, some older, some with children and others coming alone - at least I was in the position to come with a close friend.
It took me no more than five minutes to relax and find myself perusing through all of the healthy Muller Yoghurt range, organic make-up range and exercise equipments. Not only were there stands for buying products but also a BUPA healthcare assessment, beginners yoga class, hair stylist, fashion stylist and make-up artist.
There was even the option to try out tasty smoothies, low fat snacks and topical anti-aging products. The best part was the seminars and talks, even demonstrations from the celebrities including Joanna Hall and Rosemary Conley.
It does not have to be a visit whereby the only way you can change is to attend one of these exhibitions, but it certainly helps you reach the target or even get a step into the realms of healthy living. Certainly, for me healthy living is a necessity. Since attending this particular exhibition, I have gained a more positive outlook on life, lost a few inches round my waist and learnt to maintain a balanced diet.
I felt more motivated by the fact that there are help available and it is always a good idea to approach a professional about any life changing plans. An exhibition like this will give you free advice, confidence boost and bundles of information, so it is well worth the time and money.
Anna Stenning is always attending various exhibtions and is always impressed by the exhibition stands that are set-up at these events. If you are preparing for an exhibition, you can find out more on equipments by visiting http://www.displays-online.com/
